As I have the dream of Appaloosas in our fields, my husband dreams of Black Angus.  At least we agree on the colors we will see in the fields!  Well, his dream has come true...with a bit of coaxing on my part to go all-natural, grass-fed!

We literally just started our herd on Monday! (10/20/2008)  We have a great deal to learn, but we know our ideals center around all-natural, humanely-raised grass fed beef.  We plan to become certified in the near future.  We will have two steers available for butchering in early fall 2009.   Please contact us if you are interested in buying some quality, humanely raised beef!  Prices have not yet been determined!
