Our mares are really a blessing. Each descend from extremely different bloodlines, therefore there
is a huge difference in conformation, color, and size. Yet, their dispositions are similar, and they are all Colorado
Rangerbred-eligible. All are very inquisitive, all desire to be near people, and they all love to have
a job. (This often means if you are working on something, they are extremely eager to help :)

Just Send Roses , ApHC # 497772
"Rosie" is a 1991 registered Appaloosa mare, black and white w/
spots over loins and hips. A daughter of World Champion and Bronze Medallion sire, Mr Mystique, Rose has that
distinct The Executive head, a huge hip, and a sweet heart. Her bloodlines are some of the most sought after at this
time, including Ha Dar Honey (grandsire) and The Executive (grandsire). Check out her pedigree for more details.
She traveled to us from River Run Appaloosa Ranch in Clark, Wyoming. She
stands 15 hh. Her disposition is tremendous, and she is an excellent trail horse. She even traveled to the Rose Bowl
Parade in Pasadena, CA, being handled and ridden by children.
She is a fantastic youth horse, and our nieces (14, 9) and our son (5) ride
her. She is bred to our stallion, Tuff Built Legacy for a late April, 2008 foal. This foal will be FOR SALE.

SMM Shock N Awe, ApHC #621432
77% FPD
"Fancy" is a
once-in-a-lifetime, type of mare. She is a 2003 dark bay/brown snowcap mare, approximately 15.2 hh and still growing.
We purchased her last fall from Still Seeing Spots Appaloosas in Illinois. Her snowcap coloring, athletic movement, and disposition are critical factors in her guaranteed future
production success.
Her sire, Straws Mighty Magnum, has an amazing show record, including
ApHC bronze and silver medallions, 4 ROM's, ACAAP awards, and NBHA awards. His versatility has certainly been
passed onto this mare.
Her training included foundation work being completed by Roger and Karla Johnson, the 2002 Appaloosa Trainers of the Year. We plan to continue her under saddle training this winter.
She is also Colorado Rangerbred eligible, so we plan to register her and proudly
show her as a Rangerbred. We hope to breed her for the first time in 2008 to our stallion, Tuff Built Legacy!

HHR April Foxtail
ApHC #N 605937, CRHA
#184-O, ICAA F3NC-2258, Sundance #1307D
97% FPD
"April" is our
newest addition to our herd. She is a 1999 multiple registered mare. We purchased her July, 2007 from Horizon Hill Ranch in Corry, Pennsylvania.
She is extraordinarily beautiful, willing, and athletic. She is an exquisite, black
non-characteristic mare , but by pedigree she most definitely is keeping the spots hidden for her babies. She had one
near leopard filly a few years ago. She stands 14.2 hh.
She has experience working cows, and her sire, Foxtails Sundance, has multiple ACAAP,
ICAA, and CRHA awards in team-penning. She is grand-daughter of Shyloc's Cody, from Frank Scripter's leopard program, along
with Money Creek Rockledge lines. We hope to continue using her on cattle, and begin doing some gaming classes with
her for fun. We hope to breed her for a 2009 foal to our stallion.
Check out April's family and her only foal!
